Replay of the shot that just unlocked my Tenured Achievement in Peggle Nights for Xbox LIVE Arcade. My final challenge was 9-5: 1,000,000 points across 3 boards. I had 888,750 before the shot and 1,033,750 after the shot.

No, there is strategy to Peggle. There is a specific technique to recreate shots that have the same outcome every time.

Actually, if you aim all the way to the left or right. Those shots will be identical, so long as the level has no moving pegs (within range of the shot.) Because they are identical until no pegs get hit from the shot, you can time it so the ball always lands in the bucket. With that strategy, you can clear a bunch of pegs, get free balls for each shot, and have a better chance of getting 100% on that level.
