  • Why does a comment have to have perfect grammar. Its youtube not some 3000 point essay lol

  • That comment was amazing...

    LONG LIVE THE BLACK PARADE.

    :D

  • That is the best now I understand the black parade album (:

  • the offspring is a hard to classify band in my opinion, they sound a lot like metal, same with smashing pumpkins(i don't see where that's punk))

the clash is classic punk, along with sex pistols, as for rise against and green day, they are mainstream rock, they are influenced by punk, but their music isn't really punk

if your looking for real pun, check out 'exploited' or 'discharge'

and lyrically wise, slayer and megadeth are also punk, but in reality they're not, lyrics don't make a genre

  • dude i respect your opinion but green day are punk lyrically but i do agree they sound a bit softer then punk like offspring, smashing pumpinks, the clash, bad religion, and rise against but lyrically yeah they are punk (before American idiot becuz now they're pop punk and pop rock)

  • critics piss me off

personaly i dont think anyone from my shcool really knows what emo stands for, they think anyone who wears heavy eyeliner is goth, and if you even think about wearing plaid you ARE punk! they should learn to keep their mouths shut before some real goth, emo, or punk shows up at the school

  • well that's just critics, their job is to piss people off, so im not surprised they might give wrong genres, or say the bands suck, and nowadays everyone is a critic

well everyone labels, its human nature, the people who label you wrong since none of those bands are punk rock, or gothic rock or emotional hardcore, so people are really stupid for labeling you that, they need to learn more about history of rock

  • well you do make a point but the thing about the bands are that their will always be someone there to tell them thatm they are fake or someother type of music somy complete point is that music is music and bands shouldnt be labeled because someone will always some how be offended.

like with someone who likes paramore, my chemical romance, greenday, and panic at the disco im labeled as an emo kid but to thye poeple who know me somewhat im slightly punk goth and emo

well i knew foamy was huge

  • ignorance is bliss eh?

well labels are an opinion there is no right and wrong opinions, and besides it's human nature to categorize alike things into groups, also most of the times the 'idiots' labeling music are the bands themselves

yah that site was amusing, never knew that it actually had fans

  • i am going to ignore everything bove the bottom line right after this

i KNOW that the idiots who lable music are stupid and would know how to do their jobs if they had instructions laid out in front of them!

and beleive it or not but i have been useing that term since my best firend moved to NY its how we end the letters to each other everytme.

yes i know foamy and germaine made it big but thats their burdun to bear not mine

i am a huge foamy supporter
