All I know is that Reiki is never negative and no bad effect can happen to you if you use it!!! All the bad thing that can happen is that Reiki has no effect !! You silly!

@chazannarino You can just ask for an initiation from distance. Some Reiki Teachers do that, and it's the same effective as an attunement in person.

@Healer89 - Who told you symbols are secret??? Everybody can use the symbols... as aerobics... :)
Without receiving the symbols in the appropriate way during the training, from a master authorized, they remain only aerobics... :D

i'm a sceptic of just about anything hokey pokey, but i would suggest looking into this, its actually a pretty crazy thing and actually works
