Hi Sarah, now I know your name :-)
I am glad to hear you playing lute music by Dowland. He was the darling lutenist of the English Renaissance. Tell me, is your 3rd string tuned to G flat, to yield the equivalent of the lute tuning on a guitar? My wife and I have a friend from Radolfzell (am Bodensee) and she plays lute and guitar......Silvia Busch-Rothe....
She visited us 2 weeks ago and I put her up on YOUTUBE as "MagicLute". I wish you could meet and play with her sometime.
Hugs,
Robert
