Here at Oxford Cycle Workshop Training we're not into elitist competitions and exhibitions of strength. When we lay down a challenge we want to make it one we can all take part in...
So here's the Challenge, how fast can you change an inner tube? The wheel is a mountain bike wheel, out of the bike, and the starting and finishing tyre preasure needs to be 40PSI. It's that easy.
If you're keen to be introduced to cycle maintenance, including a masterclass in changing an inner tube then why not visit http://www.ocwt.coop and sign up for an Introduction to Cycle Maintenance Course.
Last year the winner did it in a time of 1 minute 35.48 seconds, and the slowest person did it in around 9 minutes, and everyone had fun.
Post a time by sending us a video or coming to one of Cycle Oxford's events in 2011.
