I remember wondering these things, back when this song came out.. relating to it so much. and now after so much time has passed, I know the answer, and it isnt as bad as I ever thought it was going to be. Love is strange when you're young and dumb.

Third Eye Blind is so lyrical, every song not only has a meaning but it's so catchy. Love it. How's it going to be when you don't know me? That's the question I want to ask my Ex-Girlfriend. Now to go listen to Achy Breaky Heart :D

@katharineacuff1986 This happens every new century doesn't it? Everyone thinks the last was the best the world ever to exist and the next is the end of the world. Was absolutely horrible on the turn of the 20th century because people felt that hope was fading. . .ofc it never could be smothered. But why do we have to dwell on the past - things that don't matter at the least. Guess it is called being human :) Rock on!

I was 20 when this song came out. I got kicked out of my house, had to go to college with my money, get a job, find a car. Music was at its peak, technology was at its peak (excluding now), business was at its peak, even NASCAR, sports and automobiles were in their prime. And music got me through my crappy life at that time; Third Eye Blind specifically. Thanks Third Eye Blind for getting me through my troubles and hardships.

@DavisBrendon29 I really appreciated your story, because of the way you're saying real thing without complaining. I felt the same during certain period of my life, where the strongest thing that was supporting me, was music. Happy to see that i'm not the only one.
