Here's a rough idea about what I was talking to Musicmachine91 about today. I didn't spend much time on this, but hopefully you'll get the idea.

  • Dude you Rock!

  • Nice sneakers! - :) Just kidding - It's cool how you get a double out of just your toe.

  • nice druming

  • Pretty sure he mostly was hitting the bass drum with the snare drum too ... I don't know for sure ... but that's a really thick sounding snare hit in the original.

    Thanks for sharing. :)

  • yea yea, i guess you are right after-all, it always sounded like one double bass hit to me haha

    good video man

  • sorry, my bad.

i saw some videos and it is all about the accents on the hi-hat. in the audio of the original recording you can hear only the accents on the hi-hat. that's why i thought he doesn't hit every note of the triplet on the hi-hat.

    sorry again :D

  • please don't take it as an offense... i think that Jeff didn't play all of the three triplets on the hi-hat, only the first and the third. correct me if i'm wrong, but i'm 90% sure i'm right.

thanks for the videos though, and keep'em coming

  • Great clip. Thanks for sharing.

  • good job!

  • Are those dotted notes or triplets?
