@Apmhflick Pt2...and yes, ?ing. If your faith is not strong enough to stand up to questioning, then what is it worth? Don't read my comments if you find them upsetting, but others--by the very fact that they have respond--have shown me that they find it worthwhile to talk. If I have offended you, I apologize. But I will not apologize for expressing my opinions and furthering (I hope) intellectual questioning. Individuals get into trouble when they stop ?ing & accept propositions prima facie.
@blueyrish11 I watch videos like this for two reasons. 1) They are interesting to me. I like to learn about other peoples' beliefs. 2) Because I think it is fruitful to discuss the merits of any intellectual position be it religious or secular. I have not "bashed" anyone for their beliefs in my comments. I have merely asked questions about their beliefs and responded to their answers. Religious beliefs exerts an enormous influence over world culture. It's worth discussing...end pt.1
@Apmhflick With all do respect, why are you even watching these videos if you do not believe. It just doesn't make sense unless your intentions are to write these types of comments, in which case, please stop because these videos are not for bashing of any kind. They are here to keep the faith and/or to help start the faith. Thank you and God bless you.
@benherrerajr No, friend, what is in Leviticus is that we should not do it, they are abominable things, and sinful.
My Question was "Why are they Abominable, Sinful, wrong?" I already see that the Bible says they are, and so do the makers of our laws in the U.S. But I want to know why.
Speaking specifically on the legal matter, or even Biblical. I don't understand why Incest, Necrophilia, or Beastiality is illegal or immoral. By this, I'm definitely am (not) saying it isn't immoral... I'm simply asking the question "what makes these things wrong?" Like, adultry is understandable because we're representing the head and body of Christ as husband and wife. but this doesn't mean your wife has to be alive.
I'm not going to trap anyone else in existence, is that sin?

Praise Jesus that we can obtain the gift of life through a faith that he is the author and perfector of!
