  • F2s aren't ram air. Honda claimed 10+ mph with no other changes. And it's no bs.

I won't even comment on the fuelie remark! Kinda an obvious one there...

  • @BoostN78 the speedo is already off before the change, the different ratio just screws it up more

  • i had a 1992 cbr f2. 26k miles... wouldnt go over 145mph..loved the bike but once you go fuel injected u never go back..

  • Own a 1995 F3. Vance & Hines full system, jetted, -1 tooth front sprocket. Looks to me he's geard, thus throwing the spedo off. Also, Honda claimed stock, the F3 bone stock does 155mph. However they hit 158 on their track and said 160 was not out of the question. Being 140lbs, my F3 is no punk! Takng liter bikes up to 100ish on my 40k F3 say a lot! Of corse after 100mph im in the dust! BTW 40+k and bike does not burn or leak a drop of oil!

  • @macca1088 nooo, the turn signals on the F3 are the same in the video. I own an 93 F2 and a 95 F3, i see the difference daily.

  • i have the same bike got 162 out of mine, fun fun fun

  • how many miles are on this?

  • I think it definitely could have gone a little more, sounded like he just switched to sixth gear and he was at 154mph. Although I could be wrong

  • @jwhitley20 The bike may say 175, but i doubt your actually going that fast. Bike speedos are often off by atleast 10% at speeds that high. And no, you will not hit 175 on any bike. I have a 09 cbr600rr and can only hit 167, and gps verified at 151mph.

  • @camaro35585 I have the same bike. Mine was rebuilt, new frame, everything power coated and polished with the yoshi slip on. The bike looked perfect. I was keeping up with new 600,s. Bit of lag though from being carburated. Then about a month after the rebuild, some guy backed in to it totaling it. FML. Oh, and to the guy that went 175, I say bull shit. No way.
