great vid hal2k keep up the good work.

i know this over a year after you posted, but what if the false statement was that one statement is false. that itself is a factoid

Thank you.

Yeah when your listening to a presentation! Just verify the facts with your iphone...

Excellent presentation...
I especially like the fact that the video never posted which factoid was incorrect.
I am currently in the process of researching each factoid.
Thank you for the challenge...

You can be screwed, screwed with, or screwed up. Just be aware of which one you are.

You got it right on with regard to critical thinking: it can't be tested, so it's not taught.
Well done overall, but reading the words on the slides aloud as you did is quite irritating. Either elaborate on the points or just set them to music.

Thanks for the compliment. The voice over is there for two reasons:
1. Making it accessible for the visually impaired.
2. To prove a point -- often people read their powerpoint slides -- because they use it as an outliner. This is for the presenters benefit, not the audience.

I had someone tell me that the irony would be lost on people (including the fact that it is done in powerpoint -- precisely to prove the point). I am glad to hear that this person was wrong.
