yea i was wondering what those 4 sponge were when i opened up my console today.. cleaned dusts and cleaned the gpu and cpu but still red rings.. will give this a try later.

I had the red lights of death problem about a year ago and I tried what it said on the video. It worked but I just bought batman arkham asylum and it kept freezing at the intro then I got the red lights again. Could it be my xbox overheating or could it be a problem with the game? Either way, would the eraser replacement work again?

Hiy, my xbox had the 3 red lights so i decided to try out the x-clamp method to fix it, ive done everything as i should, but when i turn on my sbox the 3 red lights show up again and again even if i overheat it.i put the xclamps back on as they originally were to see if it will work but 3 red lights show up again, i also tried the penny trick and the towel trick but nothing helps, does anyone know y is it happening? thenks

1) buy new xbox or

2) get a life and stop playing xbox so much
