I'm not sure about the comparison between Kerry's 'joke" and Bush's.

I also know that neither one of them wrote those jokes.

But I do know they approved them.

And for Bush to approve that line shows just how out of touch he was.

The worst President in modern times and history is going to judge him harshly.

His almost total lack of involvement in using his past position to exert positive change on global issues is more proof that he was only ambitious and not a public servant.
