Specialized visual lessons in creating chainmaille's with Byzantine and Box Link chain techniques, featuring over-sized jump rings that clarify the ring manipulation. The linking memthods follow Gerald Wykoff's well-known three-step O-B-C method. The video covers both technique and tools with emphasis on a DIY jump ring bending tool.

  • Thank you. I hope I helped you get the hang of Byzantine and Box Link techniqus.

  • mr. wykoff, you are a great teacher. not only you were willing to share your wonderful craft but most importantly, took kind steps to make the learning visually easier. you are a sweet gentleman. please keep up the good work!

  • Thank you for your gracious comment. It's nice to know that one's efforts don't go unnoticed.

  • Thanks for your generous comment. I just thought such a simple process should be made visually simple. Incidentally a "Queen's Link Chain" is made but with a single set of 2 ringts - after the initial 3-set of rings.
