Simply too much.

Will definitely go to these gentlemen for help on a build if I ever hit the lottery!

I can't imagine even thinking of purchasing this motor. you'd have to take out a mortgage on your home for it. all this thought, money, and work but waaaay too overdone. nice custom design though.

Nelson, you should do a Twin Turbo Ford GT now! Beat Heffner Performance at their own game. Very similar engine.

@boss429dohc I always wondered why no one did a a/c type intercooler. You could get much cooler intake temp. I have heard of methane injection, but that is lost into the atmosphere.

@sirlonghair Just want to point out, while NRE does do some billet blocks for some engines, this one is cast. And anyways, the billet blocks are made of Aluminum alloy(6061). It is just a different alloy, a better one, and you are correct, much less imperfections. You would not want pure Al, alloys are stronger.

Ford engineers: take notes

@boss429dohc also direct mechanical injection like a sprint car plz!!! Then put it in a stock suspension car.

Can you guys achieve a refrigeration intercooler set up and larger CID dohc. I must say that is the first time I have seen someone seriously want to improve a design not just bolt ons and the wannabe's. You guys are the real men that thought out of the box to create a engine that is one of a kind and beats anything that I have heard of to this day this engine should be put in the gt 500 and you guys should be it because Ford could not do what you guys did congrats.

What clutch set up are you using here?
Smokein hot car/engine.
This engine probably cost more than a Shelby GT500.

this leaves Ferrari playing in there sand box making molds to pore inferior Alloy(has impurity's to fill in the imperfections uneven cooling produces) Tom uses a C&C robot to carve engines from pure aluminum billet(a giant solid chunk of PURE al.cooled to perfection so all the molecules line up)no alloy needed
