...it takes 10 min to get used to the accent....and then you are OK.....and i heard that you can spend big money on a expensive american uni....and you still need to get used to a heavy accent..... here do you get the accent for free....

Yes, I can understand but not %100. Since I'm not a native English speaker, I don't blame anyone. Thanks for posting but accent could be better.
