2 Large Cans Of San Marzano Tomatoes (about 35 oz. per can)
Salt And Black Pepper to taste
Home Made Pasta For About 6 People:
3 Large Or Extra Large Eggs
6 Oz Of Water
Unbleached Flour-Just Enough To Make A Soft Pasta Dough
Ricotta Filling For The Lasagna:
1 1/2 to 2 Pounds Of Ricotta Cheese
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Of Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
1/4 Cup Of Milk
Salt To Taste
Italian Parsley (Optional)
