  • Hi.. Thanks for this Tutorial.

I have 1 question tho... how do you make you backdrop appear to be more inside the screen? My text looks good and pops out of the screen but however far back I put my backdrop in the 3d environment it never appears to drop into the screen? It always looks flat to the screen or slightly out.

Any help would be appreciated.. thanks

  • @cjcraigj - Hi Craig - essentially to move the position of the zero paralax you can adjust the angle of the cameras. If you check out our tutorials about our eD-3D Virtual rig you'll see how we control it via that, and if you'd like a copy it's available for under $10 from our website enhanced-dimensions dot c 0m

  • Great video. I've used all your tips in FCP motion. Cheers, --- J

  • @3DCatnip - I'm glad it helped! Do feel free to check out our website at enhanced-dimensions dot c 0m for a whole load more 3D.

  • Hey I have one thing but no offense, you are talking to your cheek please be louder, I can here you but it is very quiet. No offense but try to make your video louder. :)

  • very cleaver it helped me alot thanks

  • Great tutorial, but could do with some tips on rendering. I've found that H264 (which I usually use for 2D projects for the web) give a substandard result. The 3D looks great in AE, but messy after its rendered. So what else should i use?
