Turning up intensity in press handstand training, working flexibility, strength & balance. Maximizing negative rep benefits as legs are lowering from straddle moving slowly & with control = great strength builder. Hovering toes just off floor helps fire up core some more!
Working to awaken feet by "stepping on the gas pedal" as yoga instructor Doug Keller would say.
Showing happy "yoga feet" more consistently is work in progress.
Short training workout but intense, butterfly pose while inverted is fun & keeps central body mass compact & lower to ground for easier balance.
Please pardon my restless hands & feet "patting" body to remove sweaty & prevent slippery-ness (wipes the stripes)- forgot to put cooling fan on beforehand.
Raw footage not edited so you get to see ALL my mindless mannerisms...
Mind over matter: Ana Forrest would regularly remind us students "no housekeeping" or restless figeting during gravity surfing workshop at Kripalu.
Osher, self taught vibrational musician, provided an enlightening didjeridoo workshop in California few years ago.
Arrangement from her "TUNE UP"album.
I'm jealous of your wooden floor. I'm so tired of the carpet in my appartment. Very nice press and handstand btw.

@vinceconditioning
your wrists would prefer the "hardness" of wood floor if you do a lot of handstands, very solid.
this floor is 19yrs old with original finish MCU.

The vibrational sounds felt & heard were like no other experience I've had= awesome X10. Didjeridoo workshop was in Sausalito at a yoga studio.
Did go to Harbin Hot Springs on that trip as well, very memorable!
Need to revisit, got the excuse now to visit family since they moved back there!
