@witchboy94 This stunt is ONLY legal for level 6 and college teams. Since you're in high school, that means it's a big no-no for competitions, games and even pep rallies. The rules were put in place for a reason. Yes, you may be able to do it, but if someone were to fall, the damage can potentially be WAY worse than if you stuck to the rules. Your coaches must be idiots if they let you do illegal stunts at pep rallies at practices. That said, I agree with your first statement.

I really hate it when I see backspots holding the knees of the flyers when they're doing preps. It does nothing to help pull off weight for the side bases. Come on now.
Also, I'm in high school and I'm not even sure if we're allowed to do pyramids like this for a competition (we can do illegal stuff for pep rallies, of course). They kind of look like they're in a gym outside of school so maybe all star team? Who knows.

to all the dumb people who don't know anything about college pyramids... it's still called a 2-2-1 no matter how many people are basing the middle layer girls.
