På min Playstation 3 kan jeg nå spille spill med mine Sixaxis/Dualshock 3 kontroller fra følgende konsoller:

Commodore 64, Gameboy, Gameboy Color, Gameboy Advance, Sega Genesis/Megadrive, MAME (arcade), Nintendo, Super Nintendo og Wonderswan.

Hvordan? Det er enkelt :) (om du har litt erfaring med Linux fra før)

Her har du en veldig kort oppskrift:

- Last ned Yellow Dog Linux 6.1 fra www.yellowdoglinux.com (vent med 6.2)
- Brenn bildefilen på en DVD-R plate
- Skaff deg usb mus og tastatur (trådløst eller ei)
- Formater hdd'n på PS3 i XMB. (10gb til "other os")
- Plugg ut alle ekstra usb-dingser (unntatt mus og tastatur)
- Sett inn YDL 6.1 dvd'n i din PS3.
- I "system settings" , velg "install other os" og velg "/ps3/otheros/otheros.bld"
- Velg default os til other os
- Restart, trykk enter ved "kboot"
- Etter at Yellow Dog Linux er installert må du sannsynligvis trikse til nyeste Wicd (Wireless manager) om du bruker det. Søk på Google etter nyeste oppdatering og du finner patchen på http://www.yellowdog-board.com/
- Gå til http://thezerogameproject.com/ , følg instruksjonene i readme.txt filen
- Logg deg inn som zerogame (ikke passord), og alt starter. Velg konsollen du vil ha med R1 og L1 og hvilket spill du vil spille med X :)

Om alt har gått smertefritt har du nå Yellow Dog Linux 6.1 installert med Zerogame. Søk litt rundt på nettet etter ROMs som du kan legge inn, enjoy it like me:)

Jobber fortsatt med å få "filtering mode" til å fungere, sånn at spillene blir skalert opp, vil at hele 42" skjermen skal fylles :D
