The water quality plays a minor role. Some beer companies and their commercial ADS have made the notion of the origin of water as an important character, rather than the major BEER INGREDIENTS OTHER than water... besides NO TWO MASTER BREWERS will come to the same conclusion regarding the beer taste--TEST. The purpose of the video was to show how to make beer at home, not so much on making any one a TASTE-TESTER EXPERT for beer.Just enjoy the beer made at home, and some beer nuts. BYE.

no no no no no.Never use tap water,next time use bottled water,you will taste the difference.

Hi: thanks for the comments.... The water quality depends upon the region you are from, some bottlers may use spring water some regional water... If thw water quality / taste ,contaminants, minerals etc are optimum , your beer would turn out to be good in most cases.
However the quality of ingredients used , such as malt extract, malt, hops, and adjuncts added will make the final taste of beer.

SO ENJOY THE HOME MADE BREW. also have some peanuts or beer nuts and not worry about the taste or water used
