RC Boat - Najade - Yacht

Najade, a semi-scale model of a sunseeker manhattan yacht always enjoys the viewers on our boat shows. Even so it is just a small, it might waken dreams of luxury and - of course - enjoyable holidays.
The video shot of the RC boat model was taken at Lake Hallwil in Switzerland. The model itself is from Robbe.

@TheDennyhamlin11 Hmm, how do you define hobby grade?!? I would say yes it is, as we do our boats as hobby - we are no professionals. Even so you need some skills to build a model. And yes, it is using servo's (what else?).

@McChilla1 So wie der Baukasten von Robbe angeboten wird, ist eigentlich so ziemlich alles dabei ausser die Fernsteuerung und die Akkus natürlich. Die Funke von Dir sollte auf jeden Fall reichen und als Akku ist in dieser Najade ein BleiAkku verwendet. Was ich von Frank weiss ist, dass sie auf das Steuer etwas schwach reagiert, weil die Doppelruder ja nicht direkt hinter dem Prop sind. Da könnte man sich überlegen, dies auch anderst zu bauen, so dass sie etwas besser auf das Ruder anspricht.l

Thanks for your comment. Don't worry about the differences. There is also quite a spread in the price and the technic is simply not comparable.

Good thought, I like it! But it is just a yellow buoy. It is indicating, that from this point the depth is ok for the passenger ships on the lake.
