  • That's a cool video. What plane is that your using? And do you have any more info about your set up.

    Cheers G

  • @hooch330 I'm on 2.4 GHz futaba fast ,so I don't know exactly about distance on 35 Mhz. but it's in relation with your tx and tx antennas length .

  • im using 1000mw rx/tx fpv in the uk,should i not be using this much power in my country then?it works well with my 35mhz futaba radio anyway.i must say tho that i do fly out side my town in the country side so it shouldnt bother anyone lol

one more thing,i dont know how high i dare go?i have no dragon link on my radio, would you say i can get 2km on 35mhz radio?thanks and great video

  • @RAFCuisinePro thanks for your reply, my FPV gear is ready now but I won't fly until spring cause I hate cold. But I shouldn't go farther than 1km then :-) My 5.8GHz. BEVRC vx/tx has been groundtested @3km so I should better save up for a Schrerrer UHF device, hehe.

  • @KingHaggis yes européans version have less power... i'm french and My Futaba 6Ex is 2.4Ghz an 10mw. In france, we are'nt allowed to use more powerfull than 10Mw... I don't Know Why so in france with a 6Ex youi can go to 1500... 1800 M not not not more...

    Good vidéo ;)

  • remzibi osd.

  • What OSD are you using, i have never seen that layout before?

  • store diy drones have 2.4 ghz amplifiers.

    2.4 Ghz amplifier 1000mw.

  • you got a link to the boosters? cheers

  • @psebi okay, thanks. I've never tested how far it'll go because I don't have my FPV gear complete yet. Still awaiting my video tx/rx set. I have heard there are differences in the European version of radiocontrollers and American versions. I've heard European versions have less power, do you know anything about that?

  • @KingHaggis From ebay , but i'm not very sure if the 1W power output is real . without booster i can go 2.5 km.

  • Where can you get this booster or did you make it yourself? I have a Futaba 6EX 2.4GHz. version and I'd love to get some range out of it.

  • Amazing footage
