Robin George talking about David Byron and the One Minute More sessions Part 1 Angel Air records/HMV release Lost and Found on November 2nd 2009 for details see the Damage Control Music web site
Don't forget Gary Thain, the bassist who's unique playing style contributed much to Heep's sound. Really a sad story how drugs took his life too early.
A truly sad story. I'm a big fan of UH and David Byron. Sad to see how talented people can ruin themselves with drugs and drink. It seemed like we were losing a lot of talented people (Tommy Bolin from Deep Purple for instance) through drugs and alcohol in the seventies.

On a positive side, we all remember David and listen to his singing as if he is here with us today.
Not forgotten and site like YouTube is a place that keeps David in memories and introduces his singing to new generations as well

I've got some of Ken Hensley's solo stuff along with R Diamond, but am yet to have
his solo stuff.

yes, very unfortunate. I can't wait to get a hold of his solo stuff.

It is unfortunate that so many singers with so much less talent got so much more publicity.
