It's true what Charles says, he and his companies, TalkTalk and OneTel, can indeed do the impossible, and surprise people as well. A personal example is TalkTalk and OneTel continuing to charge for canceled (slow and buggy) services and despite numerous 'phone calls and e-mails, rectify the problem and refund, until months had passed and the issue had escalated to absurd levels. I predict that a lack of attention to detail and service will be his ultimate downfall...
