Sorry for the delayed response. Did you ever get this issue resolved? Please let me know. I'm looking into your issue now, however, we do not have the same set up that you are using.

We tried working with the Microsoft development team for the Zune to have this run on it, but we were never able to get it to work satisfactorily. I don't know if you've had success loading other video content on your Zune, but it has been rumored that Microsoft intentionally developed the Zune to use only their content, and nothing that was developed for the iPod.
You might try contacting Microsoft yourself to see if they can help troubleshoot.
Let me know what you find.

Has anybody had problems with using the iSync from Penton with the new model iPod Classic? The user in this video is using an older model iPod Classic and it looks like it's working as advertised. When I load the iSync program on my new model iPod Classic it does not display correctly. Any help? Thanks.

Perhaps you're playing it from the music section and not the audiobook, so you won't get the visual. There's no technical reason that would prevent the iSync playing correctly on a 5th generation iPod.
