THE BEGINNING DECONSTRUCTION OF AN HOA IN CHAOS.

Here is the HOA manager of the Spring Valley Neighborhood HOA misdirecting the true issues in front of the Clark County Planning Commissioners during a public hearing on July 19, 2011. This misdirection is proven in the second part of this video towards the end when Commissioner Greg Esposito and Dan Shaw question and comment on the manager's request for a variance to use his home as a business office for 1246 members of the HOA.




This manager has been in violation of NAC 116A.335 (failure to maintain a business office) for 11 years and has been allowed to be in violation of this regulation and others because the Board President and certain past and present Board members in breach of their fiduciary duties have failed to insist that the manager comply with the rules and regulations governing HOA's and community area managers.
