thanks tehgreatist :) I just suggested that there should AT LEAST be an explanation (at the beginning of the video) about warming up the muscles which the therapist plans to do deep tissue. I didn't go to school for nothing. I mean, c'mon ppl why the thumbs down?? would you like it if someone just dug their elbow into your muscles without any light massage first..? just ponder that thought***
@jcricket67... when it comes to doing work on the back you can work in any direction necessary to the technique you are using b/c the muscles in the back go in different directions as with the feet and hands there is not specific direction to go in. Also with deep tissue you can work against the flow at certain points b/c they are slow movements that will not cause the blood flow to be blocked or slowed down
