this is sometime in 93 or 94 bc if U look at his right hand..he has Anselmos ring on his middle finger that Anselmos mother gave him after he passed and Anselmo passed in March of 93!

After all this trouble with Sony he signed for Virgin who bought his contract out from Sony for about £25m or about $50m. He then released the album Older which to this day is Virgin's fastest selling album ever and has sold around 15 million copies worldwide. No wonder Sony were so keen to sign him again in 2004. :)

Maybe the judge assumed that there were differences in perception, which led to the parties giving differing accounts of the same events? Basically, that there could be misunderstandings and misinterpretation of behavior going on, rather than thinking that one side or the other were untruthful.
