What process did she use to attain her bliss?
From the words 'nomenclature' she clearly in some group ..an off shoot of Gurdjieff 4th way.
She is talking about nonidentification and the developement of the witness via self observation.She is ON

They are not telling you what is the process, because most likely you will have some judgment or maybe think you are being sold something. They simply want you to see the result. If you are so much attracted, dig around a little.
