The built-in Acousto-Optic Tunable Filter provides microsecond control and effectively eliminates cross talk. An optional multi-port optical switch extends ALC uses to TIRF and FRAPPA illumination. FRAPPA provides an interactive computer-steered laser beam for photo-bleaching and activation. Detection options include filter wheels, field splitters and dual camera adapters to support multi-channel parametric imaging.
