Cebu Gets More Rain Than Usual

For some residents, however, the rain brings in more water they can use for laundry and dishwashing.

Cebuanos are used to heavy rains, but Cebu is not used to handling this much. Weather Bureau Chief Oscar Tabada revealed in a Sunstar Cebu report that the island has been drenched this week 10 times more than it can handle.
