Saddam played a key role in the 1968 coup to take over the goverment which was succesful. Hmm

can u say dictatorship? Also he started the Iran-Iraq War and the first Persian Gulf War.

And dont make me laugh protecting the country well maybe you should look up his crimes.

Such as the Reprisal Against Dujail, the Anfal Campaign, Chemical Weapons Against Kurds, Invasion of Kuwait

and the Shiite Uprising & the Marsh Arabs. These are just some of his crimes, Over 200,000 people were killed by his

orders and you say he is protecting his people and his country!
