@arbitrage2030 actually , although you are correct about the Coast Guard and times of war , and in my opinion its just symantics anyway , exactly what war are we in ? just nitpicking , ireally don't care . end the bullshit and bring our soldiers home , right or wrong they are doing their duty and dying .
