yes, apparently you aren't to use them on the waterline.

Have you tried their pencil liners? People had compared it to MUFE Aqua liners, but went horribly wrong with my oily lids :( But might work for dryer skin like yours~

my skin is sensitive and dry i find Gosh's hard to use hence I make mistakes alot and it burns if it goes in the eye <.<! and I heard u shouldnt use it on the below the eyes or inner lid so idk really :p i find good reviews about gosh I have no idea why it didnt work 4meh

I think i have an idea as to which one, but I think (at least according to the review I read) for my oily lids this is the best~
