when i did some research about feeding them it said that the females get fatter then the males so it could be she is just eating to much

if you don't mind me pointing out, you have one large tank with about 6 small fish. They are skittish to no end. Adding a few more fish and some hiding places would 'destress them'. Lowering the pH under 7, but perhaps no more than 6.0 and raising the water temp 75-85 degrees and adding some java moss plus darkening the tank might get you some more results. I would just try what the video 'breeding the black neon tetra' says and go by that. The conditions are similiar.

but she is 100% full of eggs...shes not sick

Neons fry will hatch 32 hours or so after the eggs are laid...if you ever see one fat like that again..try putting the large fat one in a breeding net with a male (or a small 10 gal tank or even smaller if you have it) leave them there overnight then remove the parents in the morning, if you dont see any fry after a couple days go by chances are you perhaps has 2 females or 2 males. neons are not picky about who they spawn with. or maybe you were just too late and the eggs got eaten,
Update: I'm down to 2. One died of unknown causes, one got stuck on the breeder and the other one was suck by the filter (before I went to buy the breeder).
The two that are left are about 1 inch, I read somewhere that I should released them when they are about 1.5 inches long. Temperature is about 72-76. I also have one goldfish, three sunburst wags and four barbs.
I have plenty hiding places and plants where they hide. Thank you for the tips!
