HOST UNIVERSAL Ethical communications. CAFEDIRECT FLIGHT 5065 LONDON EYE a unique event to highlight the impact of Trade on Africa. All 32 pods were filled with artists from across Africa, inspired performers, musicians, actors and comedians, a limited audience of 2000 people and the media. The show went up on the 21st June in the run up to the G8 and generated global media coverage. Damon Albarn set the challenge to Live8 to showcase Africa's stars and Alivera Kiiza, a coffee grower ('Madonna of Africa') got to present both her product and her story at the summit. Cafédirect the pioneer of UK Fair Trade was named the countrys No1 brand and won the Africa Entrepreneur award. Not bad for a nights work.

I love that Damon doesn't just go along with what they're saying, he knows they want a soundbite and he doesnt give it to them unless he wants too.
