Oh my God.. Wtf. It's not music for folclor. It's accordion music, don't for dance.
The name on thi song are Soborsko oro, and play Ljubisa Pavkovic. This is very, very amateur ensamble, and that dance is not folclore. This clotes are from Vlaska, it's country from Serbia.

The dancing is beautiful, the Serbian culture is old and full of rich tradition. The Serbs have been demonized over the past two decades, and much of it was ridiculous propaganda. Yes, certain Serbs commited crimes, but then again, so did the Croatians, Muslims, Albanians, Montenegrins, etc...Not to mention the AMERICANS, who are the only nation on earth to bomb children's hospitals and schools, and call that "humanitarian bombing".
