gray fox is glitched on mine i think i have the boots and went to himn chedenhall or w/e but hes just standing there and when i talk to him its like hes a normal thieves guild member
i just got 2 piece of jewlery and 3 pieces of amour and enchanted it with 20 % chamelon spell on each piece to make 100 % chameloin and then its easy to kill him then and go pass other vamps and monsters lol
Well, the thing is the fight with Jakben is pretty much unavoidable- he has the boots, and the fight is scripted. If you want, you could do this an unorthodox way: run like crazy, and let the guards to do the dirty work, or kill him when he's still pretending to be an innocent noble, loot the boots off him, and pay the measly fine for murder, avoiding the whole vampire cave ordeal.
