hell yah. my favorite version of dear prudence, that guy with the strat, he's the one who let me play through his amp at pyrenees bar and grill. if you remember the video. Ed is awesome. hell, they all are, tanner is hilarious, rons an awesome and funny guy, chris the piano player is great, he's just incredible.
I was there. That was an evening of non-stop energy. If that was how Monty Byrom rocks at 50 I can only imagine what he's done on-stage before. It was a great show.
No offense to your own opinion here, but It's not a mere cover...this is what you call a re-make...they made it their own...you can still recognize it...but they didn't just copy it...they did it with imagination and reverence...and there's plenty of feeling...you just missed it somehow. 5 stars (except for the interruptions by snapping pictures)...wish I could have been there...
