... really...? Yes, considering the millions upon millions of cumulative hours every turbo fan on every aircraft is running through out a year, it is fantastic that this only happens once every three years. Its inevitable that a piece of metal rotating at 3000 rpm is going to eventually fail. And anyway, the point of the test was to contain the blad within the engine when it separated and not go shooting out somehwere... like the fuselage containing the passengers. So yes, that is good.
