The original Killing Floor playing live in a London club in 1969. Bill Thorndycraft on vocals and harp, Mick Clarke on guitar, Bazz Smith on drums and Paul Turner on bass, taking over from Stuart (Mac) McDonald for a while. The band play an extended version of "Nobody By My Side" from their first album "Killing Floor".

The recording features the band during their opening set while touring with Freddie King, and was probably recorded at the Black Prince in Bexley on 16 November 1969.

Recorded by Dennis Roberts. Sound editing by Mick Clarke. Authorised by www.killingfloor.org originalkillingfloor
