  • on a bright sunny Day if I stay to long in the sun i'll get an Aura then a migraine...

  • @isisncasey I buy mine from general food supplement shops, or online... they are no different to vitamins or supplements... try and get Citrate tho...

  • holey freaking cow...preservatives??? how in the name of god do you stay away from those with out going broke?? I have migraines but the causes and triggers are unknown.. this is interesting to know.

  • I am a physician with over 40 years experience in treating migraine headaches. I find this an excellent and accurate article, and I concur with all the advice. I also suffer from migraine; my main food triggers are MSG and chocolate.

  • POPCORN. POPCORN. POPCORN.

    Anybody else?

  • Chocolate does not seem to change my migraine. Doesn't make it worse, doesn't make it better. Though, the onion thing may very well make sense... I suppose I should really get to work on that food diary thing my doctor told me to do.

  • @isisncasey over the counter... health care store or supermarket... or ebay... works for me !

  • I have 10 years migraine. And what I recently discovered is that, it all hast to do with your eatbehavior. Dont stay hungry for about 15 hours. Hunger triggers the migraine. Always eat something in 3 or 4 hours. People who work mostly have problems with migraine in the weekends. When they sleep to long and dont reallise that they are having a migraine (by hunger). If you work, try to wake up early in the weekend and just eat something. Just prevent getting the hungerfeeling.
