Twice a week I take a boxing, circuit training class at the gym. This is a one minute segment of a 3 minute, 3 station circuit. We do 8 per class.

  • I didn't see a poorly perfomed lunge, the guy in the gray shirt went a little too low with his back leg a couple times, that's about it. Without a lateral view you can't properly assess a lunge.

  • the problem with working in large groups is trainer lacks focus on techniques. Judging from the lunges performed the strain on knee joints is a injury waiting to happen.
