I went to the new San Francisco restaurant Lafitte as a gift from my family. It happened to be Russell Jackson's birthday. It was great!. I decided to video parts of it, and made a video of those parts.
I had the opportunity to eat from Russell Jackson (aka The Dissident Chef), Elizabeth Falkner (Citizen Cake), Dominique Crenn (Food Network and Luce Restaraunt), and James Ormsby (Plump Jack Cafe fame). Needless to say, the dinner was amazing. Take a look.

What can i tell you? I used to work whit Chef Rusell at Rusell's in La Cienega Blvd in Los Angeles,he is extraodinary! Crazy dude! I love him! and he knows! Rusell love from Manny!
