  • for patient with history of strained knee ligaments and sprained ankles, would it helps them to improve the strength of the muscles by exercising on the balance cushion ? thank you!

  • @deeargh When working with patients/clients with knee and ankle issues on an unstable surface such as the Balance Cushion you do need to be extremely cautious with their balance and confidence....

  • @deeargh ...(cont) Make sure that there is something for them to hold onto before they stand on the Balance Cushion so that they won't lose their balance and possibly fall. Also work with the amount of air that is in the cushion taking some out or putting more in to control the level of stability and balance that they achieve. --Portia

    Actually, the 'patient' i've mentioned is myself .

    I've just bought a balance cushion yesterday. Balancing myself on it is not a big problem.

    Can you also show, what other exercise we could do with the balance cushion? By doing this regularly, it will help me regain strength for my knee and ankle, right?
