This was a workshop with people learning different dances in 3/4. Does anyone know the name of the dance or style? pay no attention to the footwork, this was a learning aid. They dance it like Zwiefacher, but with a ballroom hold.

  • @adancingfool No question mark in the headline, You´re right. The dance is a real Zwiefacher, but I don´t know its name. And You´re also right that this is normally danced in a closed hold, perhaps the French teachers didn´t know.

  • It seems to be a polka-valse (the teacher say this, so...)
