After watching other peoples epic fails on how to do this I wanted to make a good one that had all the info needed.

No problem, some people just talk before they realize what exactly they're talking about. Sometimes cheating the system isn't fast, and simple. And sometimes you don't get what you want unless you spend the time to make it happen. ^_^

@Blivia Thanks, that's a perfect way of putting it. (I live in a small populated area so it takes me around 5-12 hours, in the more popular places I assume it would be much faster)

@rafamafarrico if you have a job in the morning, just leave it off all night and keep it off until you get back from work, it should be changed, or if you work at night, switch it off when you work and come home, sleep, wake up, and turn it back on, try for longer. if that doesn't work, then nothing will. maybe call your ISP to change it?
