On May 20, 2009, Julie Ireton of CBC Radio Ottawa interviews Henry Juroviesky of Juroviesky and Ricci LLP on the potential sale of Nortel's Ottawa Carling Facilities to the Federal Government. Mr. Juroviesky asks that if the Federal Government purchases Nortel's Ottawa premises that it do so on the condition that the sale proceeds be used to pay severance to Nortel's terminated employees. This condition is based on moral and legal arguments.
