The idea is good and the character pleasant, but you should work on the keyframes a little more. Your ball for example at frame 0:16 should be more subject to gravity and you should be able to feel its weight, without what it could not rebounce realistically. Just watch more videos of real balls reacting with their environment to catch this effect, it will make all the difference :)
Anyway, keep on improving ! Take a look at my channel if you want, I'm into character modelling/animation too !
